Terms of Use — Snake Reloaded

Effective date: 2026-08-23 Last updated: 2026-08-23 App: Snake Reloaded (com.acamposruiz.snakepowerup) Developer: Swedenvan (Antonio Campos) Contact: acamposruiz@gmail.com

These terms govern your use of Snake Reloaded ("the app", "the game"). By installing or playing, you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your privacy is covered separately by our Privacy Policy.

1. What you get

Snake Reloaded is a game. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play it on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You do not buy the software itself — you buy a licence to use it. You may not sell, rent, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app or its assets, except where the law explicitly allows it regardless of what these terms say.

2. Paid content

The game is free to download. Two optional paid products exist:

2.1 Full game (one-time purchase)

A single payment that unlocks the complete single-player campaign. It does not expire, and it stays with the store account that bought it.

2.2 Annual subscription with multiplayer (auto-renewing)

A subscription that unlocks online multiplayer and also includes everything in the one-time purchase, for as long as it is active.

2.3 Prices, payment and refunds

Prices are shown in the app in your local currency, formatted by your store, and may vary by country and over time. Payment is taken by Apple or Google, never by us — we never see your card details.

Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under their policies:

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital purchases; note that this right is normally lost once delivery of the digital content begins with your consent, which is what happens when a purchase unlocks content immediately.

If a purchase fails to unlock what it should, use "Restore purchases" in the game's Payments tab first. If that does not fix it, write to us at acamposruiz@gmail.com and we will help.

3. Online multiplayer

Multiplayer is optional and provided as is. Specifically:

Without an active subscription, multiplayer access may be limited — currently by a cap on free matches per time window, and by not being able to rejoin a match after you die. What is limited, and by how much, can change; the app tells you what applies at the time.

4. Your content

The only thing you provide is a nickname. You are responsible for it. We may refuse or replace a nickname that is offensive, impersonates someone, or infringes someone else's rights.

5. Changes to the game

Games change. We may add, modify or remove features, levels, balance and paid products. We will not take away content you have already bought outright (the one-time purchase) except where we are forced to for legal or technical reasons beyond our control. Subscription content is available for as long as the subscription is active, which is what a subscription means.

We may stop distributing or supporting the game entirely. If that happens, we will stop selling subscriptions and let existing ones run to the end of their paid period wherever we reasonably can.

6. No warranty, and what we are responsible for

The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We do not promise it will be free of bugs or interruptions.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law where you live, and nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot legally be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms — for example by cheating in multiplayer or trying to circumvent payment. If we do, you lose access to the app, and to paid content, without a refund except where the law requires one.

8. Third parties

The app uses third-party services (payment processing, analytics, multiplayer relay). They are listed, with their own privacy policies, in our Privacy Policy. Their terms apply to their part of the service.

Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the app. Where you obtained the app from Apple, Apple's standard EULA terms apply in addition to these, and Apple is a third-party beneficiary entitled to enforce them against you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so in the app or on this page, and update the "Last updated" date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new version.
